From the moment you open
your eyes until you’ve finished getting ready, say the magic words, thank you, in your mind for everything
you touch and use.
AND – if you want to
continue, use thank you when driving
to and from work or when you see someone doing their job – it’s amazing how
good you feel by the time you get to work.
